I’ve built, scaled, and advised companies for over 20 years. I’ve raised capital and sold companies. I’ve supported other Founders through exits, breakdowns, and breakthroughs. And what I’ve seen time and time again is this: the traditional system doesn’t put people first.
It demands growth, but rarely gives leaders what they need to do it well. It strips away clarity. It burns through energy.
